SI ICT guarantees that all services, including IT support, cloud solutions, web development, digital consultancy, and managed IT, will be delivered with professionalism, care, and in accordance with industry best practices.
We strive to meet all agreed timelines and service levels outlined in our agreements, ensuring minimal disruption to your business.
Hardware & Software Warranty
Any hardware or software supplied by SI ICT is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
SI ICT will act as your liaison with the manufacturer to ensure warranty claims are handled efficiently.
Where possible, we will provide temporary replacement equipment or alternative solutions to minimise downtime during warranty repairs.
Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee that all installations, configurations, and technical work carried out by SI ICT are free from errors resulting from negligence or poor workmanship.
If issues arise directly from our work within 30 days of completion, we will correct them at no additional cost.
Limitations of Warranty
This policy does not cover:
Issues caused by unauthorised changes, third-party providers, or customer misuse.
Damage due to external factors (power surges, natural disasters, accidental damage).
Expired manufacturer warranties or software licences not managed through SI ICT.

All warranty and guarantee claims can be submitted via our Support Desk.
